I developed key training videos for internal audience viewing while working on the Organizational Change Management team as the Communications Specialist and Graphic Designer for the Amway North Americas Region. I collaborated cross-functionally with team members to ensure accuracy, developed the graphics, implemented audio, and assembled the video, which was shared with stakeholders and approved.
